Questions, answered

Do I need to be home?

No. Check "I won't be home — just sharpen and go" when you book, tell us where the knives will be (a cooler on the porch works great), and pick how to pay: keep a card on file that's charged only after your knives are sharp, or leave cash with the knives. We sharpen and leave everything where we found it.

How does payment work?

You pay after service — card, cash, or tap. Nothing is charged when you book. For unattended visits, keep a card on file (charged only after the work is done) or leave cash with the knives.

How long does it take?

Most visits take about 45 minutes. Bigger batches run about an hour to two hours — the booking form quotes your time before you confirm.

What if I'm not happy?

If it's not the sharpest knife in your kitchen, you don't pay. Tell us on the spot or text us after — we'll make it right or you keep your money.
